OUR VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS 2016 (PART TWO)

Hullo everyone!

This is PART TWO of THE YAPPY BUNCH's Christmas celebrations for 2016. My blog entry on the holiday season was originally going to be one LOOOOOOOOOONG post but since I suddenly felt pity on your beautiful eyes, I decided to make a continuation part.

See? That's just how "concerned" and "loving" I am. Consider it the new "Jaz" this year, if you will.

Tee to the HEE!!!

MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM THE YAPPY BUNCH 2016!!!!

After opening our Christmas gifts (see PART ONE) and watching our traditional Christmas movie, the Chinese Dimpol and I drove out for Quezon Province with the little lords. I know we could have just made the trip the next day but we didn't want to accidentally sleep-in and arrive in Lucena in the afternoon already. So we made the trip at about 3:00am and we're grateful for the smooth (aka no traffic ride). I thought I was going to snooze in the car (because I slept the previous night at 4:00am and woke up at about 8:00am) but I wasn't able to!!! For some reason, I got nervous with the driver sweet lover who was manning the wheel in the wee small hours of the morning. It's a good thing because EVEN IF he slept in on Dec. 24, had syesta, and SLEPT during the movie, he was still his usual sleepy self and needed company.

So yes. HE NEED ME!!!!

HAY NAKO!!! I thought I was going to snore all the way pa naman!!!! Hinanda ko na neck pillow ko!!!

Now don't point out how I'm supposed to be the "New Jaz" who's supposed to be concerned and loving always.

BEFORE NEW YEAR PA TO NO!!!!!!!!!!

ANYWAY....

Hi hi hi!

So we arrived in Lucena about 6:00am and had a short nap. We woke up at about 9:00am and got ready for the Christmas lunch sponsored by Yub's family.

Here's just some of Yub's crazy bunch from of paternal relatives!

Tito Edong, the guy in pink, said "Mamaya na yan! Kain muna!"

BWA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA! Sorry Tyo Edong!!!!

As for the little lords, they chose to stay inside and be with their lady cousins!

Yub and his brothers!!!!!

Me and their pretty wives!

After the Christmas lunch, guess what we watched?

DIE HARD BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's our Christmas traditional movie! Ha ha ha ha ha ha!

Come night time, THE YAPPY BUNCH got ready for our special Christmas dinner with Yub's family!

We always look forward to our yearly pictures with the Yap family!

Yub's younger brother and family!

Yub's much younger brother with pretty wifey!

And Yub's youngest sister with family!

The grandkids!

Yub's very young looking Mom with the apos!

Poor Aaren! His older cousins made him cry!

Since Aaren won't stop crying we did our usual wacky shot with him.

BWA HA HA HA HA HA!

Dinner tonight will be al fresco in the Yap's garage!

You might wonder why I said "special".

Well....
A) The family is all together...
B) We're going to eat a delicious home-cooked meal...
C) The air is so cool with that heart-warming "Christmas feel"...
AND
D) Everybody is in such a happy mood (yun lang except Aaren)
!!!!!!!

Now if THAT is not special, I don't know what is!!!!!

Maan and Arnold!

Allan and pretty Ivy!

DABBERS!!!!

Pretty Hennie and Hiley!

Hiley didn't want to join the "gulo" kids. Ha ha ha ha ha ha!

ERICJAZ FOODIES with Master Mati and his very happy Ninong Syoti!

And of course, Mama!

The Yub and I have a lot of favorite foods when we go to Lucena but for special occasions such as Christmas or New Year, we will ALWAYS look for some of Mama's TURBO CHICKEN!

Now you see it...

Now you don't!!!!

HA HA HA HA HA HA!

Other foods for that night were the Pork Ribs in sweet sticky sauce!

Chicken Pastel!

(Not in picture embutido and spaghetti with corn!!!!)

After dinner, Master Mati immediately watched part 2 of DIE HARD!

Egad! I think I slept at about 3:00am that night!!!

The next day, there was no electricity in Yub's home because of the strong winds of Nina!

We planned to have lunch in our favorite Palaisdaan restaurant. Before doing so, we passed by Ninang Alice's place to give our gifts! (she's godmother at our wedding!)

Afterwards, we're in PALAISDAAN!!!

Our favorite here is the Ginataan na Suso!

Of course, we also order our usuals: sisig, barbecue pork chop, camaron rebusado, fried Tilapia, and steamed okra!

The Chinese D was so happy to be with Mama!

As for me, I suddenly became a Mommy to 2 boys and a girl! YEY!!!!

After Palaisdaan, it was time for our trip home. It's great that, like our drive going to Lucena, there was no traffic jams going back. We were all so right on time with our customary detour to BGP Marian's place.

Our "traditional" pit stop to BGP Marian's place started when while driving home from Lucena, all four of us suddenly felt our tummies grumbling. I didn't know if it had something to do with what we ate or just because we ate a lot, but we needed to go to the bathroom FAST!!!!

With that, I immediately called BGP Marian...

"BGP! We need to pass by your place!!!"
"Sure! Why??"
"ALL OF US HAVE TO GO POO!"

HA HA HA HA HA!

And the rest is history.

Manong Fred was not happy though and would always remark how their toilet was in a pitiful state after all of us abused it.

BWA HA HA HA HA HA HA!

Anyway, that incident just showed what kind of friendship we have: loving and disgusting. Ha ha ha ha ha ha!

We ate dinner at their house that night and Manong Fred called for some Japanese fast food delivery.

Later on, pareng Mike and mareng Donna dropped by with my super pogi godson, Kiko!!!! This suddenly became our impromptu Christmas getogether!

And as always...

#SOMUCHFUN!!!!!!

The little lords normally don't like it when I take pictures of them. But this time, they were so happy hamming it up for the camera!

Ha ha ha ha ha! So cute!

Too bad we did not all use Manong Fred's toilet to do our favorite number (tee hee!!!). But it was still so fun nonetheless!

We didn't go to expensive resorts nor eat in high class restaurants. But THE YAPPY BUNCH were all together and we spent this special season with our lovely families. We were all healthy, happy, safe, and just feeling awesome in observing the holidays of our Lord's birthday.

Yup! We cannot ask for anything more.

MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM THE YAPPY BUNCH!!

All of us agree that THIS is our best Christmas yet!!!!

WOHOOOOOOOOOO!
