GERRY'S GRILL AGAIN (NEWPORT)

THE YAPPY BUNCH were having a staycation in Savoy Hotel and we were all having such a grand time, swimming, online surfing, relaxing, etc. that we actually didn't want to leave our rooms. However, our tummy grumbled and we knew that we had to put a temporary stop to our laziness. When thinking where to go, we suddenly craved for some Filipino food because its comforting levels would be like the cherry topping to our lazy cake. He he he he he!

And remembering the first time we were in this area, we went for GERRY'S GRILL because not only was their food delicious, the prices were very affordable as well.

We also can't get enough of their Ginataang Kuhol! Ha ha ha ha ha!

SO! GERRY'S GRILL IT IS!!!!

GERRY'S GRILL!!!!

There was a shuttle available transporting hotel guests from Savoy Hotel to Resorts World Manila. Since were were the only passengers in the van, the kind driver dropped us exactly in Butterfly Garden.

My boys so serious!

Naaah! We're really excited to eat!

ROLL CALL!

Master Mati and President Tom Kirkwood!

The Baby Bunsoy and Agent Hannah Wells!

Guess what series were crazy about now??

ORDERING UP!

YOHOOO!

Food is here!!!!!

I was so raring to order GERRY'S GRILL Adobo Rice (P225.00) ever since I saw it on Youtube. When it arrived, it was tucked and wrapped tightly in a banana leaf that the server had to cut it open himself.

And when he did... OH WOWERS!!!!

The smell of newly cooked rice that was simmered in rich Adobo sauces was just exhilarating!!!

Since we're such Inihaw na Baboy people, we got their Grilled Liempo (P235.00)!

Of course, Master Mati had an order of Calamares (P235.00)!

The GERRY'S GRILL Kuhol in Coconut Milk (P205.00) was another strong favorite of our family. It may be considered as an appetizer with beer but we eat it with rice!

ADOBO rice to be exact!!!!!

And of course since we are in GERRY'S GRILL, we had their Sizzling Pork Sisig (P225.00)!

Seriously I think Sisig is the best food in the world!!! I could eat tons of it with garlic rice. Whenever it's on the menu I would surely order it.

LET'S EAT!!!!

ERICJAZ FOODIES with the little lords in GERRY'S GRILL!

My plate!!!! My super-messy-but-believe-me-ubos-to-tol plate!!!!!

DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE!!!

We invited BGP Marian and Manong Fred to join us in GERRY'S GRILL! They were just stuck in traffic that's why they're super late.

Yayyyy!!!!!

That "yayyy" was for them joining and not for the traffic ah?

#mahirapnaheheheheh

They also got a plate of GERRY'S GRILL Calamares...

The Grilled Pork Liempo...

Plus a plate of GERRY'S GRILL Squid (P405.00)!!

They were supposed to order the Adobo Rice as well but felt that wouldn't be able to finish it. So they just got some good ol' garlic rice!

YEHESSS! Let's eat again!!!!

Wohoo!!!!

Ubos again!!!!!

Le bill!!!!!!

I asked Manong Fred for their share and THIS is what he gave me!

GRRR!

Kidding! We really asked them to come over to treat them for dinner.

We then invited them back to the hotel for coffee, dessert, and more chika!

BGP Marian and Manong Fred treated us naman for dessert!

They ordered an assortment of cakes and drinks for us! Yummmm!!!!

While the adults chatted....

The kiddies played chess!

I had a lot of fun chatting up with my Best Gal Pal!

The boys were fine din naman. He he he he he!

And like last time, we had an awesome dinner at GERRY'S GRILL!!!

Hala! I want to have Filipino food again tuloy!!!!

HE HE HE EH EH HE!

SO.

THERE.
