LA COMIDA MEXICANA at CORNICHE IN DIAMOND HOTEL!!!!!
When the Chinese Adonis arrived, a Mariachi band was playing in full blast!
See? Even their devoted chefs are watching! He he he he he!
The DIAMOND HOTEL Mariachi band certainly gave this Wednesday night an instant party!
The Chinese Adonis was tempted to do the Flamenco (even by himself) but his short attention span was suddenly attracted towards the delicious Mexican spread!

You know that you're in for an authentic Mexican gastronomic treat as THE CORNICHE DIAMOND HOTEL, in partnership with the Embassy of Mexico, brings over Chef Daniela Romero to cook up this feast!
NOW WHERE TO GO FIRST??????
The DIAMOND HOTEL Appetizer Station!
THE DIAMOND HOTEL Indian Station!
I just loved these toasted Pappadum!
There were also baked mussels!
Mati would've loved these.
In the Asian station, the Chinese Adonis of course, helped himself to some Chinese food. He he he he he he!
The DIAMOND HOTEL Mexican Station was something I immediately went for upon my arrival!
DIAMOND HOTEL Burritos with Hot Meat Sauce and Glazed with Cheese!
Everything you love in a burrito in just one bite!
If you feel like making big servings, you could assemble your own!
Thick, juicy, and tender beef!
DIAMOND HOTEL's Grilled Chicken Chimichangas!
One of my favorites were the Sauteed Shrimps with Chipotle sauce! So perfect with anything!
Marinated Flank Steak with Pepper Beans and Chili!
Fish Fillet with Red Spicy Sauce!
Creamy Queso Fondido with Native Chorizo!
Slow cooked short ribs that are perfectly Medium Rare... Yummmmm...
Fatty and succulent pork!!!
I'm certainly going to help myself to a lot of THAT!
If you're lazy to go to the buffet (yup that's how I sometimes roll!), you could request your servers to plate you up some of the specialties, andale andale!!!!
The fish here looks awesome!
Same goes for the burritos!
OF COURSE, IN WHATEVER BUFFET, ALWAYS SAVE ROOM FOR DESSERT!
Cinnamon Churros with Chocolate Sauce!
Crunchy and sweet on the outside and chewy on the inside!
Arroz Con Leche with dusted cinnamon!
Flan Napolitana with Caramel!
And the crowd favorite: Pina Colada and Sweet Corn Ice Cream!
When you go to Corniche's A MEXICAN FEAST, do have awesome bitefuls of these flat gooey wedges that is a cross between appetizer and dessert!
Toasted Cheese in bread dipped in Condensed Milk.
So simple yet SOOOO good!
While we were eating, the mariachi band was still handsomely belting out uber happy Mexican songs!
I see two mucho el gwapitos! Hi hi hi hi!
What about you????
Yes they're the mucho gwapito while THIS guy is the PARA BAILAR LA BAMBA SUPER KADUPER HANDSOME! He he he he he he he!
What a very fun and loooong dinner filled with chika with our KTG hombres!
I wasn't able to take a picture of all the food I ate but here are some of them!
Of course, no matter how good a buffet is, I ALWAYS look out for my favorite sushi and sashimi. I'm glad that in CORNICHE, DIAMOND HOTEL, they have a lot of this!
For dessert I had a very moist chocolate Cake!
Churros and a very moist chocolate cake!
Okay fine. I became a bit boring and had some fruits.
I always end every meal with a hot cup of brewed coffee!
Thank you so much to the DIAMOND HOTEL's Ms. Melanie Samonte and Chel Francisco for having ERICJAZ FOODIES!
Wohoo! We have extra dessert for take home too!
Sorry yub you can't take THAT home!
