JIN JOO KOREAN GRILL AGAIN (2019)

We were having my 44th... este... 34th birthday celebrations and my favorite foodie family of THE FOOD ALPHABET invited us to have a Korean lunch.

Me (with pa-pouty pouty effect): Wag na mare, nakakahiya!!!!!!

Mareng THE FOOD ALPHABET: No mare, birthday celebration namin ito for you.

Me: Mare are you sure???

Mareng THE FOOD ALPHABET: Oo naman. Tara na mare sa Saturday.

Me (kunwari  nagiisip pero decided na talaga): Hmmmm.... SIGE NA NGA!!!! Sure ka ha??? (Pahabol... he he he he)

Honestly though, as embarrassed as I was with THE FOOD ALPHABET family, I always have a great time with them that whenever there's an opportunity to meet up, we go. Great thing too that they invited us to go to JIN JOO KOREAN GRILL -- I had a delicious dinner there with my HS school friend before that it was indeed high time for a part two.

Tapos just in time for my 44th... este... 34th birthday celebrations pa!!!

BAWAL DIET. He he he he he!

JIN JOO KOREAN GRILL!!!!

We got to JIN JOO early because they usually get full fast.

True to our "prediction", JIN JOO got jampacked fast! Good thing THE YAPPY BUNCH was able to get a table.

Here's your table madam....

JIN JOO reminders!!!!

JIN JOO place setting that was ready for us when we got to the table.

THE FOOD ALPHABET family was running late but they advised us to start na. We just started cooking so that loads of meat will be ready when they arrived.

ROLL CALL!!!!

BONNIE AND CLYDE!!!

GAULT and HAMER!!!

Guess who just watched THE HIGHWAYMEN???

JIN JOO meats!!!!!!

First on our table was the JIN JOO Unmarinated and Marinated Woosamgyup, or beef.

We also got the JIN JOO Cajun beef! Sooooo recommended!

LET'S COOK!!!

Baby bunsoy Andrei wanted to do some grilling too!

We then got the Marinated Pork...

Another round of the Marinated Beef...

And another....

And thinly sliced Pork again!

YOWZAAAAAAAAAA!

The aroma of the sizzling beef was just heavenly!

The exhaust of JIN JOO was reliable because I didn't smell like barbecue afterwards.

More meat on the grill please...

And another!

The bunsoy loved the cheese that went with it.

Afterwards we just got crazy and got more of the marinated beef!

YOHOOO!

The FOOD ALPHABET FAMILY are here!

Now let's REALLY EAT!!!

More beef and cheese please....

My favorite way of eating Korean food.

We also got some soup!

Plus another serving of the marinated chicken and unmarinated beef!

The baby besties!

Wohooo! Meats galore!!!!!!

We got more plates of the Cajun and Marinated Beef, and the Pork!!!!!

I swear if I wasn't watching my diet, I would eat some more.

Could you blame me???

Our full table!

Look at all the oils that dripped from our meats!

Our last stand....

Andrei cooked it for us.

And finally we're done!!!!

24 plates of meats all in all!

Not bad! That meant we had about 4 plates each. Now that's really sulit!

For dessert we treated naman THE FOOD ALPHABET family to some delicious crepes in Ça Va Crêperie & Floral Atelier.

The crepes were awesome!!!! Light and fluffy with a small hint of crunch.... It was already sooo delicious on its own but of course, the fruity topping gave it a different level of fantastic.

The mango was luscious and addicting too.

My kumare and kumpare ordered the sweet crepes because they're so sweet din.

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!

Besides the Crepes, the bunsoy had ice cream.

While Master Mati had iced coffee.

Love you mare! Ang ganda natin grabeeeeeeeee!

AND thank you soooo much to the FOOD ALPHABET family for my Korean birthday treat!!! You made me burp more for my birthday celebrations. Ha ha ha ha!

Love yewwwwwww!

SO.

THERE.
