Every year, my Gatdula family holds a Christmas party for our GAT'S CONDO staff and their families. At the same time, we would also invite our very close relatives and friends to join us in this great night!

This was during our last GATS CONDO Christmas Party in 2015!!!

Now what will happen in our GAT'S CONDO party 2016???

This year, we have the usual suspects and it was, I think, more fun than it was last year. Besides having again the people who mattered to us, everyone just seemed relaxed and ready to have an intimate getogether in this chilly night.

MY OFFICE CHRISTMAS PARTY 2016

It's the annual office Christmas Party of TAPE INC., and all of us were excited. This is, after all, a much awaited event for all of the regular employees. Yup! Staff members and hosts alike!

I remember when I was just a new employee in TAPE INC., one of the first things that my new friends kept telling me about was how fun the Christmas parties were and how it's always over flowing with drinks, food, and prizes!

So let's get the EB ball rolling...

We always have a thanksgiving mass to start off our Christmas party. After the show, the EB crew immediately set up the stage for it.

THE KAIN TULOG GANG recently celebrated their Christmas Party and we held it in our "second home" -- F1 HOTEL MANILA!

COMMISSARY KITCHEN

In the recently concluded ULTIMATE TASTE TEST 2016, I had some strong favorites, and one of them was COMMISSARY KITCHEN!

I think I went back a couple of times in COMMISSARY KITCHEN because their food was awesome!

Seriously, I'm not a big fan of Mechado but after one mini-spoonful from COMMISSARY KITCHEN, I was blown away by the deliciousness of the flavorful stew!

 I thought it will be a while before I encounter COMMISSARY KITCHEN again (thinking that it's a start-up food company). But lo and behold, it already has a shop in Paranaque City and it's currently the favorite of my BGP Marian and Manong Fred.  

So naturally, the next time we were my best friend's house for movie night, guess where we ate?

Ding! Ding! Ding! You got that right!

HOLIDAYS AT F1 HOTEL MANILA 2016 (PART TWO)

THE YAPPY BUNCH are having an early Christmas staycation at our favorite hotel in BGC, F1 HOTEL MANILA!

You could already feel the holidays upon the F1 HOTEL MANILA entrance!

Yup! It's just Christmas everywhere!

This was already day 2 actually of our F1 HOTEL MANILA stay and after a full morning of eating and swimming, we're back in F CAFE AGAIN!

Christmas started early for THE YAPPY BUNCH as we received an invitation to experience the holidays in our home away home....

It was actually the eve of Bonifacio Day, but because of this family staycation, we got a head start on the Christmas season!!!

And yes, no need to say that we are sooooo excited!

HISTORY CON 2016

Though THE YAPPY BUNCH had a lot of fun in the ASIA POP COMIC CON last 2015, we decided to forego the comical event and head out for HISTORY CON instead. I asked the little lords and they shared the same sentiment because they are also fascinated with history (especially Master Mati). The same goes with me -- although I'm not one to be in tuned with the exact chronological order of the past, I am enchanted with the romanticism of how the people were like before. When I see an artifact, I tell you, I could gaze at it for a long time because I feel that the "ghosts" of the golden age of the past is right before me.

ANYWHO.....

So we booked tickets for HISTORY CON and we were excited to see what's in store. I was secretly hoping it was like a modern museum but Master Mati said it would probably have exhibits on THE HISTORY CHANNEL programs (because the cable channel presented the event). I don't have time to watch the popular cable show but the little lords loved it so I'll just rely on their knowledge on it.

In the end, HISTORY CON was not what I was expecting (Yup! Not by a long shot!). But did we enjoy our day? 

We most certainly DID!

It was a rainy Saturday but good thing there was no traffic.

CELEBRATIONS WITH THE PLAZA!!

It was the birthday of Tita Millie, the delightful lady behind THE PLAZA, and she invited ERICJAZ FOODIES with THE KTG for a gastronomic night filled with sumptuous meats, drinks, and CHEESE!!!!

Dear Tita Millie is turning a year older and we cannot be more than excited to attend her dinner party. Of course, not only because we love her dearly, but fosho our favorite THE PLAZA food will be served!

Huwaw! That's an early Christmas "gift" already!

THE MAGICAL CHRISTMAS TREE LIGHTING AT MARCO POLO MANILA!

Christmas is coming....  

Yup. If only Ned Stark decided to spend his "winter" here then he would've kept his head and been more happy.

(Of course, everyone is happy if their heads are intact but you know what I mean). 

Everyone certainly gets into the mood of the holiday season when a majestic tree gets decorated and lit up. That definitely gets me and THE YAPPY BUNCH going too. Besides learning to heart the true meaning of Christmas, the season tugs into happy selves more when we see a tree standing so mighty and proud, decked with bows, colorful ornaments, and the bright and cheerful twinkly lights.  

Christmas trees make us so into the holidays that we made it a point to have pictures with the ones that wowed us every year.

Yes. It has something that has somehow become a tradition for us.

And one that we shouldn't miss checking out this year is the wonderful Christmas Tree in MARCO POLO HOTEL MANILA!!!!!
