LOLO CLARO'S RESTAURANT (CAVITE)

Every end of the month, my family and I would visit my Daddy in his hometown in Cavite and pray the rosary for him.

We would usually leave early in the morning so that it'd be a smooth drive to the usually busy roads of Cavite.

When we get there, we would usually listen to some Frank Sinatra tunes and eat our packed lunch. Then we're going to pray.

Hi Daddyowzers!!!!

We brought you your favorite Mcdonald's Chicken Sandwich!!! He he he he he!

Your apos miss you soooooooooooooooo much!

After praying and hanging out with Frank Sinatra in the background, the bunsoy Andrei made some drumsticks out of candle wax and the walis ting ting. Ha ha ha ha ha ha!

Visiting and praying for Daddyowz in his 10th month in heaven!!

We love you very much Daddy!

Since my other siblings were not with us, I did not pack food for our usual "Daddy Picnic."  Instead, we just headed on to LOLO CLARO'S restaurant -- a new establishment in Cavite serving delicious and cheap Filipino comfort food!

The restaurant was full when we arrived (this was taken after our lunch) that the servers led us to their second floor.

ORDERING UP!!!!

I swear I have the most emotional "ordering" faces.

LOLO CLARO'S menu 2...

ROLL CALL!

The Chinese panget and Master Mati!

The bunsoy Andrei and our pilot, Mang Henry!

Me and my camera shy Mom!

Brace yourselves... FOOD IS HERE!!!!!

LET'S EAT!!!!

First on the table is LOLO CLARO'S Chowfan fried rice (P150.00)!

It was hot and tasty! So yum with the other dishes.

Up next is Master Mati's LOLO CLARO'S Calamares (P190.00)!

Whenever it's on the menu, he'll surely get it!

Since we're in the mood for something hot that day, we got the LOLO CLARO's Sinigang na Hipon (P190.00)!

Plus a palayok of their LOLO CLARO'S Kare Kare (P200.00)!

It was not as rich as I expected but it was fixable with the bagoong. He he he he he!

Game na game si Master Mati dyan!

Is it weird that he loves bagoong soooo much? I hope he remembers NOT to bring it on his dates though. Ha ha ha ha!

For more carbs, we got the LOLO CLARO'S Pancit Canton (P120.00)!

I forgot to put here that we also ordered some Fried Lumpiang Ubod. He he he he he!

When you're in LOLO CLARO's however, thou shalt not forget to order their famous Fried Chicken (P280.00). Some of their dishes may be missing some quality due to the cheap price but THIS is the dish you'll go back here again and again for!

Does it look familiar? Without going into much detail, this fine piece of fried chicken tastes so much like the Philippines favorite that rhymes with Dax! He he he he he!

Yohooo!

ERICJAZ FOODIES with Mommy, the little lords, and Mang Henry in LOLO CLARO'S!

My plate! My very full plate!!!!!

Now you see it...

Now you don't!

Le LOLO CLARO'S bill!

LOLO CLARO's serves affordable yet enjoyable Filipino food that would surely make your belly happy. I'm glad there's a restaurant in Cavite that we could go to everytime we visit Daddy!

As for Mati, this would always be the "House that Bagoong Built!"

Tee to the Hee!

SO.

THERE!
