It was Master Mati's birthday weekend and after having a staycation at our favorite F1 HOTEL MANILA, we thought of going Italian that night at SALVATORE CUOMO!
Yehess!!!!
It was a Sunday and there were many diners that night in SALVATORE CUOMO!
We were given the corner area which was far from the noise and other diners. He he he he he! It's a nook all to ourselves.
ROLL CALL!!!!!!!!!!!!
Mommy and birthday boy Mati!
Bunsoy Andrei, Saul Goodman, and Kim Wexler.
Guess what series were watching now?
Ordering up!
Master Mati and my Mom split an order of SALVATORE Pumpkin Soup with Crispy Parma Ham (P220.00).
Master Mati loved it because it was uber creamy and packed with the fresh sweet earthiness of pumpkin.
My Mom and I were in the mood for some greens so we had the SALVATORE CUOMO Caesar Salad with Parma Ham and Ricotta Cheese Sauce (P350.00)!
I think this was such a beautiful mess of green leafy veggies, cheesy dressing and slivers of the cured meat.
For our pizza, we split the SALVATORE CUOMO Quattro Formaggio and Margherita (P770.00) because we cannot decide which one to get.
I told Master Mati that to fully enjoy the Quattro Formaggio, he should drizzle the gooey cheese with honey.
They found it weird at first but when they got took a bite of the melted cheese and the sugary sweet honey, they liked it!
Since my big guy liked risotto, we had the SALVATORE CUOMO plate with Italian Sausage, Brocolli, and Smoked Cheese (P590.00).
Nothing "biko-ish" about this (ha ha ha ha ha) the risotto was so cheesy and rich.
SALVATORE CUOMO Spaghetti with Mushrooms and Black Truffle Pesto (P490.00)!
The hearty mushroom sauce complemented the chewy spaghetti. The kids fought over this.
We also ordered the SALVATORE CUOMO Tagliatelle with Smoked Salmon and Spinach Cream Sauce (P490.00) but I wasn't able to take a picture of it. Okay lang because it was the least favorite dish of our group he he he he he he....
ERICJAZ FOODIES with Mom and the little lords in SALVATORE CUOMO!
LET'S EAT!!!
Nom.. nom... nom...
Like I said, the pasta with Smoked Salmon was the least favorite kaya ako kumain. Ha ha ha ha ha ha!
Later on, the servers surprised Master Mati with a birthday song!
I wanted to order a slice of cake but the manager said there was no need since they give out birthday desserts....
Woah!!!
Mati likey!
The chocolate cake was ultra fudgy while the cream puffs were just glorious. This ain't your ordinary birthday dessert! Ha ha ha ha ha ha!
Thanks SALVATORE CUOMO!!!!
(Belated) Happy Birthday my dearest!
The bill!
It was nice to have a change from the boys' usual pizza and pasta. In SALVATORE CUOMO, they enjoyed their favorites at another, more special, level!
He he he he he!
Of course, anything for my Master Mati!
