IPPUDO RAMEN (POWERPLANT MALL)

THE YAPPY BUNCH were in Powerplant Mall for some lunch, window shopping, and people watching. When we had nothing else to do, we all got home and got ready for a late siesta and some serious idle time in the TV room.

Yep. I guess we're the close relatives with the sloth. Tee hee!!!!

Then my Mom called me saying that they'll be having dinner at IPPUDO RAMEN with Daddy's sisters and asked if we would like to join them.

DID WE??? Of course we did!!!!

Though it would disturb our declaration of laziness at home, it was our duty to our appetites and tummies to dress up once again and go to Powerplant Mall. Big steaming bowls of our favorite IPPUDO RAMEN awaits and were just too good to pass up.

Tapos we'll be treated pa?

Ay kakaripas talaga kami ng takbo! He he he he he he he!!!

IPPUDO RAMEN!!!!

IPPUDO RAMEN in Powerplant Mall just opened July of this year and woah, as expected, the lines are always long.

The restaurant was not as big as their other branches in SM Megamall or Uptown BGC that's why getting a table could be challenging.

I'm glad though that even with their limited size, they didn't cram up all the tables they could in IPPUDO. At least there was still plenty of space to go around. He he he he!

The servers were actually very nice and really attended to us. Finally we were able to get a long table for our group.

Ordering up!

ABA! ROLL CALL NA DIN!

Tita Meldy and Mommy!

Ninang Carmie and Marie!

Ninang Carmie and Tita Meldy were going back to the US this week and this was their going away treat for us!

Awwww... Really hope they come back asap.

Kuya Jon, the Chinese Panget, and my bunsoy baby Andrei!

Me and T'Mati... He he he he he!

He's as gwapo as T'Challa in the movie Black Panther kasi!

First on the table was IPPUDO RAMEN Tempura Roll!

Crunchy Tempura wrapped with sweet sushi rice and drizzled with their chili mayo!

A clear favorite in our table is the IPPUDO Salmon Sushi!

Torched Sushi slices drizzled with sweet Teriyaki sauce. So addicting!!!

Of course, since we're having ramen we also got IPPUDO Gyoza (P210.00)!

Crunchy on the outside and uber juicy on the inside. The perfect side dish for our Ramen!

We also had orders of my favorite IPPUDO Chicken Bun (P125.00)! This was my favorite to eat with the Ramen. The bun is soft and pillowy while the crunchy fried chicken was extra flavorful and yum with the mayonnaise.

I always take a huge bite of this Chicken bun before taking a long slurp from my Ramen. Soooooo DELISHESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!

As an additional side dish we got the sizzling Okonomiyaki (P270.00). It was sweet, savory, and wiped out in the end. He he he he he he!

For our ramen we got the Shiromaru Special (P490.00)!

Simple yet very comforting!

IPPUDO Akamaru Special (P495.00)!

Miso based Tonkotsu broth. This was Master Mati's favorite and default order in IPPUDO.

I decided to try out their new Tan Tan Men!

A spicy sesame based rich broth with chargrilled chasyu slices and topped with chopped raw onions.

It was good but I've had better Tan Tan Mien noodles elsewhere. I won't be getting this next time.

ERICJAZ FOODIES with my Gatdula family.

Yep! We're a sungay loving group! Ha hah a ha ha ha!

Basta may ulo, may sungay. Ha ha ha ha!

Andrei loved the noodles in IPPUDO and happily slurped on his bowl of Ramen.

He used to share with his Daddy but now he could finish one whole order by himself!!!!

DONE!

Le bill...

Thanks Ninang Carmie for the treat!

When we went outside, we saw a spotlight on one of the corridors. Of course, that sparked an idea for me.

Grrr... Why do I have such big nostrils?????

#QUEENOFTHENOSTRILS

He he he he he he!

It's always fun whenever Daddy's sisters are here because besides us, they're his favorite people in the world. Family is very important to him kasi.

Hopefully they stay longer next year!!!

SO.

THERE.
