BUTAMARU (2019)

THE YAPPY BUNCH went to Tagaytay for the weekend where we stayed in awesome ANYA RESORT. We had a heavy buffet breakfast that morning that we still didn't feel like having lunch while we were in there.

When we got to Manila however, our tummies all grumbled at the same time. With that, we thought of having a bite at our favorite stopover when we're coming from the South....

BUTAMARU!!!!

BUTAMARU was perfect that day because it was raining!

We got to BUTAMARU around 2:00pm so the place was almost empty.

We all thought of just occupying the counter table in the first floor because we're all so lazy to go up. He he he he he!

ROLL CALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My bunsoy baby and the Chinese Panget...

The Master Mati and MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEH....

Could you sense the "stuck-in-car-for-hours" look that we had?

Ordering up!!!!!

BUTAMARU Gyoza (P140.00)!

Perfect to eat as appetizer OR in between slurps of the ramen.

The insides of the Gyoza were juicy and meaty. This was also so perfect with the dip.

The Yub knows that I will be giving him my meat so he just had the BUTAMARU Takana Chahan (P220.00). I also shared some of my Ramen with him.

The bunsoy Andrei is fast becoming a Ramen fan like us and is now able to finish one full bowl all by himself. Yun lang, like his Daddy, he asked all veggies to be removed.

At first I thought he won't be able to finish his BUTAMARU Shio Ramen (P320.00) because the noodles were so fat.

In the end, he DID!!! With Tamago Egg pa (P40.00)!

As for me, I got the BUTAMARU Shoyu Ramen (P350.00)!

I forgot to request to have the mushroom on the side (it always give me tummy aches).

For a lesser price compared to what other restaurants offer, this Soyu Ramen was super kaduper good!!

As for Master Mati, he got this mouth-watering BUTAMARU Seafood Ramen (P450.00)!

This looked soooooo yummers in every angle!

I had a taste of it and yes, the broth was rich in shrimp fat taste. Sarap!

This is what it looked like after Master Mati gave it a mix.

ERICJAZ FOODIES with the little lords in BUTAMARU!

Now you see it...

Now you don't!

BUUURRRP!

Le bill!!!!!

BUTAMARU will always be one of our favorite restos in the South!

I know there's already a branch in Pasig, but we don't care. We're loyal here. HA HA HA HA HA! It's already tradition to pass by for some Ramen here anyways!

SO.

THERE.
