AMARE LA CUCINA ( KAPITOLYO PASIG CITY )

When THE YAPPY BUNCH was in Baguio City for Andrei's pre-birthday celebration, we had a delicious Italian dinner in AMARE. Andrei had so much fun there that he wanted to eat in the restaurant for the rest of our stay. Of course, as much as we love him, nakakaawa naman ang milyong kilometro na nilakbay namin for Baguio.  Ha ha ha ha ha!

Good thing we discovered that AMARE LA CUCINA recently opened a branch in Kapitolyo, Pasig Cityyyyy! Hurraaaaay! At least we don't have to travel A MILLION miles just for our bunsoy Andrei to have a taste of it.

And when we were having the bunsoys MANY birthday celebrations, he really made sure to include AMARE LA CUCINA in the list!!!!

AMARE LA CUCINA!

AMARE in Barrio Kapitolyo is brighter than its Baguio counterpart.

Their kitchen had a glass window for viewing as opposed to their Baguio branch where the brick ovens were open by the entrance.

Buti na lang malamig in Baguio!!!!!

My excited boys!

Since he's older na, my bunsoy Andrei took charge in ordering.

Awwwwwwww.....

One of the reasons why my bunsoy loves AMARE so much is that kiddies could assemble the pizza they ordered.

Like in BAGUIO, their chefs are very nice and patient with the kiddies.

They will teach you how to properly knead and flip the pizza dough to make that perfect form.

Awwww... Look at that smile!

In AMARE, cleanliness is important and they required the pizza participants to wash first before the tutorial.

Andrei ladled on the tomato sauce and put the cheese topping.

He also put the pizza  in the oven.

Yay!

Good job Andrei!

ERICJAZ FOODIES celebrating Andrei's birthday in AMARE!

If you're looking for me, I'm attending our OFFICE CHRISTMAS PARTY in Broadway Studios. He he he he he!

AMARE Pizza Margarita (P340.00)!

Andrei was so happy with his pizza!

And it was soooo good too! The crust had the right crunch and chewiness into it.

We loved this so much that we ordered another one for take home.

As for Master Mati, he had the AMARE Spaghetti ala Gamberi (P325.00)!

Master Mati loved this in Baguio because he loved the tangy and spicy seasoning of the sauce.

One bowl is good for 2 people (with other orders) but Master Mati was able to finish this by his lonesome.

The boys really had a great evening and proof of that is that they didn't miss me (as usual). Ha ha ha ha ha ha! Too bad that they were not able to sing to Andrei because as usual, the Yub forgot the candle.

Oh well! I'm still glad my birthday bunsoy's wish came true.

SO.

THERE.
