OUR LUNCH IN HONG KONG DISNEYLAND (2017)

THE YAPPY BUNCH were having the "bestest", "superest", and "awesomest" time (tee hee) in DISNEYLAND RESORT that we were all running non-stop from one place to the next.

Did we feel tired?

HELL no!

Did we get hungry??

Of course we DID!!!!!

With THE YAPPY BUNCH, of course eating is part of the fun. And that we did in DISNEYLAND!

We're in the happiest place on earth! But even if we're all having a awesome time, we cannot ignore the growls of our needy tummies!

We had several snacks and munchies all through out the theme park. But when it was time for lunch, we came upon THIS place -- Clopin's Festival of Foods!

The FESTIVAL OF FOODS is located in FANTASYLAND and it was like a food court with a Hunchback of Notre Dame theme.

FESTIVAL OF FOODS offers 3 menus to choose from each featuring Chinese specials such as noodles, barbecues, and wok favorites.

FESTIVAL OF FOODS menu 1...

FESTIVAL OF FOODS menu 2!

Each stall features a specific menu. Just look for where your chosen dish is located and order there.

Just in case you have trouble deciding, FESTIVAL OF FOODS have samples of the dishes at the  counter.

While we were there, it was the height of BEAUTY AND THE BEAST so their drink tumblers with a rose were for sale everywhere.

We made our choices and proceeded to the counter for payment.

Drinks and condiments are located at the check out counter too. From there, you could find seats and tables outside the restaurant.

ROLL CALL!!!!!!

The Chinese Dimpol and Master Mati!

Me and bunsoy Andrei!

BRACE YOURSELVES.... FOOD IS HERE!

FOOD FESTIVAL'S 3 Treasure Specialties with Rice (HKD 112 / P733.00)!

The "3 Treasures" refer to the Marinated Chicken Leg, Honey Glazed Duck Breast, and Salted Egg.

It also came with steamed bok choy and pickled peppers. I loved the pickled peppers! The tangy and spicy bite worked so well with the sweetness of the meats.

This big bowl is more than enough for one hungry diner. But since I'm on a diet and Andrei was a picky eater, we shared one bowl!

Master Mati was in the mood for some noodles and had the FOOD FESTIVAL'S Scallion Noodle Combo (HKD 109.00 / P715.00)

The bowl had a hefty serving of noodles and seafood in a very flavorful broth.

My master Mati loved this so muchos!

My husband was craving for some fried rice and got the FOOD FESTIVAL Yangzhou Fried Rice with Prawns Combo (HKD 112.00 / P733.00)!

The prawns were fatty but not as fresh as we're used to here in the Philippines. The rice was very yum though and he was scraping his empty bowl in no time.

ERICJAZ FOODIES with the little lords having lunch in HONG KONG DISNEYLAND!

Master Mati enjoyed his oodles of noodles!

At first it didn't seem much but when he poked on it, BOIIING!!!!! He suddenly had a bowlful of noodles!

Galit galit muna!

As much as I enjoyed my rice bowl with Andrei, something was missing. I asked Master Mati if he could request for hot sauce, and yahoo, they have it!!! This was one so perfect! Similar to the hot sauce that they have in Halal Guys -- deadly!!!!

And we're done!

Simot sarap! Ha ha ha ha ha ha!

Our FESTIVAL OF FOODS bill!

Our Chinese lunch may be on the pricey side (with only 3 bowls) but that is expected especially in a theme park. The great thing is that even if the menu was not budget-friendly, we enjoyed the food so that made it worth it.

Now we're off to burn it off with more DISNEYLAND fun again!!!!

SO.

THERE.
