RECOVERY FOOD

Most recently, BGP Marian and I discovered this wonderful hub called BGC STOPOVER which had some of our new favorite restaurants like GENKI SUSHI and SHAWARMA BROTHERS. When we were there last time, we discovered that it had one of the restaurants that was so famous for those who came from a wild party.....

RECOVERY FOOD!

RECOVERY FOOD is open 24/7 that is why it's a strong favorite for night owls or for people who jammed from dusk till dawn.

However, my friends and I are not party peeps nor are we in need for a hangover cure (the most that you could say about us is that we are WEIRD). We just heard that RECOVERY FOOD have delicious rice toppings that we wanted to try it!

RECOVERY FOOD had a no frills interior especially with their gray walls, flooring, chairs, and tables. However, you would see some standout accents of red and black that would make the place more inviting.

RECOVERY FOOD had an open kitchen too for those who want to stare and drool at their food while it's being prepared!

Time to order from "Eric" with a "K"!

RECOVERY FOOD menu 2!!

I am on a Mediterranean addiction right now so I went for their new HALA KA!!

It is also my favorite expression when I'm in shock.

"HALAAAAA you forgot to wear deodorant???"

We were with our usual companions, BGP Marian and her crummy husband Fred!

Actually I'm not really sure if that WAS really Fred. For all you know that's Alden Richards or Diether Ocampo.

YEHEESSSS!

Me and the Chinese Adonis trying his best to let out a dimple.

HAAAAAY! Please give up Yub. Nagkakaalmuranas ka na e.

BRACE YOURSELVES.... FOOD IS HERE.

The Chinese Adonis was in the mood for some Pares and got RECOVERY FOOD's Happy Beef (P160.00)!

Manong Fred had RECOVERY FOOD Tapa de Morning (P180.00) with scrambled egg and pickled vegetables. This usually comes with garlic rice but if you want to convert it to talangka rice, you just add P35.00!

BGP Marian craved for the Spicy Sweet Tuyo (P180.00) her favorite from CAFE BOLA.

She opted to have it with brown rice at no extra charge.

Like I said way above, I ordered the HALA KAAAAAAAAAAAA (P155.00).

This was YUM especially if you put generous dollops of the garlic cream and hot sauce!

OUR RECOVERY FOOD!!!

ERICJAZ FOODIES with BGP Marian and Manong Fred in RECOVERY FOOD!

And it's time to eat!

The boys were so busy eating, gulping, "dimpling", and chewing.

While the gals were busy with eating AND chatting!

Maybe the boys were playing footsies along with their silence? I don't know.

To make your meal more enjoyable, RECOVERY FOOD has condiments per table.

Water is served via empty wine bottles!

And in no time...

DONE!!!

I was trying to cut my rice intake there.

Something tells me the boys do not care about their carb calories!

RECOVERY FOOD got a very fat thumbs up from us!

JACKPOT!

Our RECOVERY FOOD bill!!

Yihii! Manong Fred treated us dinner this time!

Thanks!

But please next time, tell us earlier so that we'll order take out too!

Afterwards, we treated the BGP and Manong Fred to dessert in Starbucks!

Yep! You saw that right. We still had room for belgian waffles with loads of whipped cream and chocolate! YUM!

We enjoyed the food at RECOVERY FOOD because not only is it located in a very convenient venue (with parking!) in BGC, but their topped rice meals were all so delicious and priced just right! We'll certainly come back for more!

LET'S EAT!
